On-Line Order Policies
	Shipping Charges
	For orders under 10 pounds, the UPS Ground or Surface shipping charge is $9.95. With orders over 10 pounds, the shipping charge is $14.95. Shipping is free on orders exceeding $1500. (lower 48 states only) Some of the heavier items such as amplifiers, etc. will also have shipping charges added later and emailed to you. If faster shipping methods are chosen (UPS 3rd day, UPS 2nd day, UPS Next Day) then charges will be determined separately. Shipping charges Out of Country will be determined separately and emailed back to the individual for confirmation. These flat rate shipping charges do not apply to antenna and tower equipment. Freight charges for antenna and tower equipment will be determined separately and you will be notified of these charges by email.
	SD sales tax (not listed) is applicable to SD residents only.
	Privacy Statement All customer information collected on Burghardt Amateur Center's on-line order site will be used exclusively for processing associated customer orders. This information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to other firms, without the customer's explicit permission.
	Instructions for On-Line Orders
1.	Choose the product category from the Choose Category - New or Choose Category - Used popup menus in the navigation bar at the top of the window.
2.	Click on the check box beside the product you want to order. A Qty of "1" will automatically be given to that item. If necessary, highlight the Qty area and modify any items checked.
3.	When done in that category, click on the Add Checked Items to Order button.
4.	Choose any additional categories from the Choose Category - New or Choose Category - Used popup menus in the navigation bar. After you click on the Add Checked Items to Order button, those items will be added to your order.
5.	To review your pending order, click on the Review Order button in the navigation bar.
6.	If you make a mistake and want to start over, click on the Clear Order button in the navigation bar.
7.	When ready to finish placing your order, click on the Place Order button and complete all required sections. Then click on the Submit Order button in the lower right hand corner of the form.
	If you need to finish an order you started several days or weeks ago, your order will be stored for 30 days. Just click on the Review Order button and continue with an order not completed during a previous visit.
